We have CNC machine capacity for large production runs. Detailed miniscule tolerance work. As well we are capable of custom sawing of large steel or aluminum sections up to 54" x 80". More
HEAT TREATING
Our onsite furnace of 6' x 10' x 17' capable of reaching temperatures up to 1800° Fahrenheit for annealing and stress relieving. Is capable of handling up to a 50 ton capacity. Our induction heat treating equipment is used for hardening wheels, sheaves and other custom parts. More
